At Brew Buoy Cellars, we operate in full compliance with Queensland liquor licensing laws under the gift basket exemption.

To comply, we ensure:
• Alcohol is only sold as part of a gift box
• No more than 2L of beer or wine, or 1L of spirits per box
• Orders are delivered as gifts to adults (not the purchaser)
• Recipient is different from purchaser
• Alcohol value does not exceed 75% of total gift price
• All alcohol is retail sourced

Age Restrictions & RSA:
• 18+ only
• ID checks may occur
• Responsible service at all times

Please ensure that when purchasing one of our gift boxes, you are acknowledging that the purchase is being made as a gift, and that delivery will be made to an adult (18+) whom is not the purchaser. 

By ticking the button during the checkout process, the purchaser confirms that they and the recipient, are over 18 years old, and the purchaser is not the recipient of the gift box.
