Where do you ship? We currently ship across Queensland and most of Australia.

How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

How much is shipping? $20 flat-rate shipping across Queensland. Calculated rates apply elsewhere.

Gift Boxes

Can I customise a gift box? Yes! We can swap beers, snacks, or glassware to suit your needs. Send us a message hello@brewbuoy.com.au

Do you include gift messages? Absolutely we can!

Are the beers always the same? No, we rotate based on brewery availability and seasonal releases.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Can I return my order? Due to liquor licensing laws, we generally can’t accept returns on alcohol unless there’s an issue.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 48 hours.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
